1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jw7 platform and all services under it. "jw7", "we", or "platform" refers to the jw7app.cam website and its mobile application. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has registered with jw7 or used the services.

By creating an account through the jw7 website or app, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the services.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the services after any update will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register with jw7 and participate in any casino, sports betting, or other gaming service, you must be 21 years of age or older. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use the services on this platform. jw7 reserves the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. jw7 reserves the right to cancel accounts where false or misleading information has been provided. Responding to identity verification (KYC) requests is mandatory for all members.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and OTP confidential. Using your account through a third party or sharing your password is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately via live chat or email.

3. Account Management

A jw7 account is strictly personal. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or made available for use by another person. jw7 will not be liable for any technical issues or service interruptions, though reasonable efforts will be made to resolve them.

Members may request to close their account voluntarily at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be temporarily suspended and will require contact to be reactivated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jw7 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). When making a deposit, ensure you are using a payment method registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. jw7 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending verification, and payment will be processed once identity verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jw7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotions

The following additional promotions are currently available at jw7:

• jw7 Weekly Reload Festival: A 30% bonus on any deposit, once per week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• jw7 Slot Fun Bonus: A 50% bonus on deposits for slot games, once per day, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• jw7 Cricket Josh Offer: A 40% bonus on deposits in the cricket or sports section, once per week, up to a maximum of ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• jw7 Birthday Special Reward: A one-time reward of up to ৳2,000 on the member's birthday, with a 10x wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonuses must be claimed in accordance with the rules of each individual offer. jw7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

jw7 offers betting across sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other categories. The specific rules for each category are described in detail on the relevant page.

6.1 Technical Errors

Any incorrect result caused by a technical error will be considered void. For bets interrupted mid-way due to server outages or connection issues, jw7's decision is final. jw7 reserves the right to void unintended winnings resulting from errors or bets placed at incorrect odds.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official result issued by the relevant sporting authority is considered definitive. If a match is cancelled or unresolved, bets are generally voided and funds are returned. jw7 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on pre-arranged or manipulated events.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The jw7 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.7% for Gold, 1.0% for Platinum, and 1.2% for Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jw7:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or collectively farming bonuses by exploiting the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets or using the services in a fraudulent or deceptive manner.
• Harassing, threatening, or acting in an abusive manner towards other members.
• Using third-party payment methods or using the platform as a channel for money transfers.

8. Intellectual Property

The jw7 website, logo, brand name, content, software, graphics, and design are intellectual property belonging entirely to jw7. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes under any circumstances without prior written permission from jw7.

Game content, names, and logos of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution are the property of their respective companies. jw7 displays these games solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

jw7 aims to operate its services to the highest standard. However, jw7 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues with the user's device.
• Loss caused by outages of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access where the member has personally neglected security precautions.

jw7 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising through the use of its services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

jw7 treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. Information collected during registration and use of the services is used solely for service improvement, identity verification, and security. Documents required for identity verification may be collected and are stored securely. Information may be provided to competent authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

jw7 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts or bonus abuse.
• Providing false information regarding age.

If no terms violation is found during the suspension, the balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

12. Terms Changes

jw7 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
